Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Coach Kaz Gymnastics when you use our website, memberships, live classes, and courses. We've kept them in plain language.

1. Who can use the site

Accounts must be created by an adult parent or legal guardian (18+). Children take part through learner profiles that a parent creates and manages. The parent account holder is responsible for all activity on the account, including learner profiles, and agrees to these terms on behalf of their family.

2. Memberships, classes, and purchases

Memberships (including Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers) are recurring subscriptions billed automatically each period until cancelled. Bronze membership includes access to one selected course; Gold membership includes one live class enrollment at no extra weekly charge.
Live classes are billed as a recurring weekly subscription per enrolled class section (unless included in your membership). Each class section has limited spots and a set weekly day and time.
Courses may be purchased one-time for ongoing access while your account is in good standing. Course content may be updated and expanded over time.

3. Billing, cancellation, and failed payments

You can cancel any subscription yourself at any time from your parent dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a recurring payment fails or is declined, the related live-class enrollment is automatically paused and the student is unenrolled from that class, and we notify you by email. Re-enrollment is subject to spot availability once payment is resolved.
Prices are shown at checkout. If we change the price of a subscription, we'll notify you before it affects your billing.

4. Live classes and Zoom links

Live classes run on Zoom. The meeting link for each class section is provided only inside that section's private classroom, for enrolled families only. You agree not to share Zoom links, classroom content, or your login with anyone outside your household. Class schedules may occasionally change; we'll post changes in the classroom and/or email you.

5. Safety first

Gymnastics is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By enrolling a child you confirm that the child is physically able to participate and that an adult will provide appropriate supervision and a safe practice space (clear floor area, suitable matting, no furniture hazards). Our coaches provide instruction remotely and cannot physically spot or assist your child. Always follow the safety instructions given in lessons, work within your child's ability, and consult a doctor if you're unsure about your child's readiness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks inherent in at-home athletic activity.

6. Classroom community rules

Each class section has a private classroom where families and coaches can post and comment. Keep it kind and kid-friendly: no bullying, harassment, hate, profanity, or sharing other families' personal information. Don't post content you don't have the right to share. We may remove posts or comments and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

All videos, lessons, course materials, logos, and site content belong to Coach Kaz Gymnastics or our licensors. Your purchase or membership gives your household a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own family's learning. You may not copy, download, re-record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content or live classes.

8. Your account

Keep your password and learner PINs confidential. Tell us right away at kaz@coachkazgymnastics.com if you suspect someone else is using your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or harm other users — if we close your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid amounts.

9. Refunds

If something goes wrong — a class was cancelled, a purchase didn't work as described, or you're otherwise unhappy — email us at kaz@coachkazgymnastics.com and we'll make it right. Refund requests are handled case by case; recurring charges already incurred for periods you used are generally not refundable, but we're reasonable people.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular athletic result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Kaz Gymnastics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top; meaningful changes will also be announced by email or on the site. Using the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
